Introduction

AccountsUp has built its reputation through its name, logo, and brand elements associated with our accounting, GST, income tax, business registration, and advisory services. These Trademark Usage Guidelines clarify the proper use of AccountsUp's Trademarks, to ensure brand consistency and prevent misuse.

If you intend to use any of AccountsUp's Trademarks, you must follow these guidelines and any applicable written trademark license or partner agreement. These guidelines apply to the general public unless you have a separate written agreement (such as a partnership, referral, or franchise agreement) that states otherwise, in which case that agreement's terms will control where they differ from these guidelines.

"AccountsUp's Trademarks" refers to the name "AccountsUp," our logo, taglines, and other brand features owned by AccountsUp, whether registered or unregistered, in any jurisdiction.

Attribution When Using Our Trademarks

When using AccountsUp's Trademarks, you must include a clear attribution notice in a conspicuous location, such as website footers, legal notices, or documentation. The attribution notice can be as follows:

Do's

• Use "AccountsUp" properly as an adjective describing our services, not as a noun or verb. Example: "AccountsUp GST filing services," not "Get it AccountsUp'd."
• Maintain the correct spelling, capitalization, and stylization of "AccountsUp" as used on our official website and materials.
• Differentiate our trademark from surrounding text using capitalization, bold, italics, or quotation marks.
• Display AccountsUp's Trademarks less prominently than your own brand or company name.
• Follow any brand guidelines we provide if you use our logo or design marks (for example, as a referral partner or associate).

Don'ts

• Don't alter, abbreviate, or modify AccountsUp's Trademarks, including changing spelling, capitalization, or design elements.

• Don't register domain names, company/firm names, or social media handles that incorporate or are confusingly similar to "AccountsUp."
• Don't use AccountsUp's Trademarks on websites or in connection with content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with the professional nature of our services (e.g., adult content, gambling, or unlicensed financial schemes).
• Don't use AccountsUp's Trademarks in a way that we, in our sole discretion, consider misleading, disparaging, or defamatory. Legitimate fair use (such as genuine client reviews, criticism, or commentary) is not restricted where permitted by law.
• Don't use AccountsUp's Trademarks in paid advertising, including search engine ads or sponsored posts, unless explicitly authorized by us in writing — for example, if you are an approved referral partner.

Reservation of Rights

AccountsUp expressly reserves all rights related to its trademarks. Use of our Trademarks must comply with these guidelines and does not grant any ownership or license rights beyond what is expressly granted in writing. We may revoke or modify permission to use our trademarks at any time, at our sole discretion, and reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against misuse.
